Funky loft apartment in Noga Tel Aviv

In the heart of fashionable "Noga quarter" 150 meters from the beach 4 minute walk for the new "Tachana quarter" (website hidden) lies my humble place:

90m2 loft space divded into 2 bedrooms and a big kitchen-living area. The building is 100 years old, and was once a school, later a metal and recently a fabrik factory.

Amazing ceiling height (3.4m), concrete floor, exposed bricks and filed with art - rustic cool feel :o)

The rooms have queen-size bed, own separate AC, exposed bricks - huge south facing windows and lots of storage space.

Noga is filled with small coffee shops, independent designers and is a great neighborhood
